Buses from other routes such as Pathankot, Chandigarh and Jammu add to Manali’s connectivity. The closest-to-Manali railway station is at Jogindar Nagar, about 170 kilometres away. It is a narrow gauge railhead. The nearest broad gauge railhead is at Una, 250 kilometres away.
